|How long does it take to get an order?|
|We ship Priority Mail Flat Rate for most orders. We will do absolutely everything possible to mail out your order within one to three business days. All prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks drawn on US banks. For personal check orders, items will be shipped after check has cleared the bank. Insurance will be added to orders of $100 or more. Please request insurance in comment box for orders under $100. |
|All of us at Loose Threads are committed to your satisfaction. We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. However, you must return them in the same state in which you received them. Do not wash, cut, etc. if you are unhappy with a fabric. Returns must also be received within 20 days of the shipping date of your order. Patterns, books, and magazines are not returnable because of copyright issues. |
All sales from our clearance categories, and end of bolts, are final with NO RETURNS accepted on these items. If you have questions prior to ordering, please call us at (865)882-5588. We will be happy to give more details.
